去年10月底，共青团赣州市第五届委员会第一次全体会议，选举产生了新一届共青团赣州市委常委、副书记、书记，根据《中国共产主义青年团赣州市第五届委员会常务委员会委员名单》显示，李楚彬当选共青团赣州市委常委。
李楚彬，男，汉族，2002年3月出生，江西兴国人，2017年7月参加工作，2015年5月加入中国共青团，在职大专学历。现任共青团赣州市委常委、江西省青少年发展基金会理事、赣州市青年志愿者联合会副会长。
近日，这个最年轻的团市委常委的事情成为网络热点，批评的理由无非是讲这个人学历低，年龄轻。但是，批评者忘记了弄清楚一个基本事实即这个团市市委常委是否是体制内的位置，如果是体制内，显然就不符合现行的干部提拔使用的规定。如果是体制外的位置，那就没有什么可以批评的，除非其父母系体制内的官员利用职权来为自己的儿子谋取荣誉。
显然，这个21岁小伙子当上设区市的团市委常委得益于江西省的《江西省共青团改革方案》，“改革将推动全省各级团干部来源更加丰富。方案提出，打破年龄、学历、身份、职级限制，建设专职、挂职、兼职干部和志愿者相结合，符合群团组织特点、充满生机活力的团的领导机关干部队伍。”
看了更多的情况介绍，这个小伙子是初中毕业后参加搞餐饮业且搞成了规模，得到了了3个体制外兼职位置（皆是荣誉职务），这不是当官，而是对他的一种社会认可，我感觉无可厚非。
餐饮业的管理者不一定要有高学历，有高学历的人不一定开得好饭店。至于年轻，那更不是否定的理由。初中毕业参加工作的人基本上都是这个年龄。
古人云，36行72业，行行出状元。我们不能一方面批判血统论，批判“门阀”观念；另一方面又在来维护旧的思维模式，扼杀人才成长。
我真心的希望有更多的像这样的通过自己努力创业而得到社会尊重的年轻人出现，社会对之应该是鼓励，而不是扼杀。
