6.baked pear with paper in the air fryer for 50 mins at temperature 200℃.(if pear is larger,time would be lengthy.)
7.well done when the pear holds juice inside as if juice.
8.served it in dessert spoon.
served it with jam or honey if no sweet.
9.banana can be baked in air fryer,too.
no peel,cutting it into half and half.
i meant 1 banana should be 2 of sides .i meant spliting it into 2 profiles/ side faces .
oiled,sugered before baking it.around 5 mins for temperature 200℃ .brushed egg on it and rebaking again for 3 mins around 180℃.well done when brown and softy.
served it in dessert spoon,flesh only,peel off when pig out.thx.

I will not pay attention to pandemic situation in other provinces intentionally unless some news emerge in my phone when I browse it. Today I come to know that the situation in Guangzhou is very serious with several hundreds of cases confirmed one day. Hopefully it can be under control as soon as possible and the city will return to normality.
I stayed in Guangzhou from end of March to early June last year. Guangzhou is a mega city like Shanghai but I did not have much time to do city walk. Of course, I went to visit some of the most famous places such as Guangzhou Tower, Baiyunshan Park, and Changlong Holiday Resort, etc. Beijing road in Guangzhou is very crowded like East Nanjing road in Shanghai or Wangfujing in Beijing. There are also many historical buildings within that city which were built during colonization period.
In fact what satisfies me the most was that there were many dessert shops in the street where I could take a seat and enjoy the delicious dessert quietly. Indeed, I love dessert so much.
How I wish in Shanghai there are as many kinds of delicious food as in Guangzhou.
